Got a facial for my older sister. During the facial they did a massage of her head, neck, shoulders and were so rough. She told them twice it was too rough. They said ok and continued just as rough. She left feeling like she was beat up. Shes so sore and the next day she had bruises. I guess if you like a rough massage this is the place to go. Im so angry since this was a birthday gift and was not a pleasant experience.
I had a 1/2 hour massage 6 days ago. The next day, my back felt straighter, my neck was not so tight and I felt all around better. I am going back again for an hour massage and will post another review after I see how that goes. For now, I can't say enough about how great of a massage you get and how tentative they are to your individual needs.
I have never been so insulted. I called to schedule an appointment for a 90 minute session. I was provided a certificate by a friend as a gift. I called to schedule appointment and the person on the phone said NO, we will not take your certificate on the weekends. I explained I work 6 days a week and Saturdays were the only day's for me. She said "too bad" you have to come Monday through Thursday to use the certificate. No where on the certificate does it say anything about weekends. It simply says enjoy a 90 minute session. Rude and insulting. I explained that to her and she again said too bad. Weekends are for paying customers. Like I wasn't going to give her a very generous tip for good service.
